The first kicking leg is sweet! To get you arse higher at the back try and throw you head to your knee (on the second kicking leg) when it's going under/through to the back... BOOM!! instant lift

nice! as others said, get your hips higher and while being on the sides your belly should be aiming in front.... also point your toes and strighten your knees... sorry I'm a gymnast
