Videotaped on November 17, 2007 in a Shrevenport, Louisiana police station, after female suspect, Angela Garbarino, is taken into custody by officer Wylie Willis under suspicion of DUI. The following news footage begins out of sequence, w/ a shot Angela & Willis in a medium-sized interrogation room. She is already cuffed & falls to the ground, while being ushered forward by Willis. In the next clip, a screaming Angela struggles against Willis as he forces her into the interrogation chair. After a brief news report on the incident, a series of edited clips are shown in a more correct order (Check my other video for a fuller version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMzPI1tw5I4 ).

In the first clip, Angela can be seen standing mid-room, looking back, holding tissue to a bloody wound on her upper lip. Though Willis is not in the shot, he can be heard reading Angela her rights. "You're not gonna let me call anybody?," she repeatedly asks him, while he ignores her & continues his mirandization. In the next clip, Willis & Angela face-off at the door, as he advances on her w/ a clipboard in his right hand. With the door open, she grips the inside handle, as he quickly uses his free arm to grab the outside handle, blocking her exit. As he begins to close the door, she attempts to maintain her grip on it, struggling to keep it open. The clip fades out just as Willis violently pulls the door towards him. In the next clip, Angela is in the now-open doorway, clutching the frame w/ her right hand, while Willis is gripping her left wrist w/ his free arm, pulling her in the opposite direction. Having no sucess, he puts his clipboard onto the nearby interrogation chair, freeing his other hand, promptly using it to remove his cuffs from his belt. He begins to shackle her left wrist. In the next scene, Willis has Angela pressed face-first against the wall, near the the door, w/ her wrists cuffed together behind her back, still holding her left arm. In his right hand, he has a key, which he is using to loosen the cuff he has secured on her right wrist. As he does this, she tells him, "I have a right to call somebody right now & I know that. Is this on the record?" Though Willis' answer is not audible, as he struggles w/ his cuffs, Angela leans away from the wall & towards the camera, looking directly into the lens, replying, "that's good." He responds by using his left elbow to violently pull, then swing her back towards the wall, slamming her face-first into it. Disoriented by the impact & being pushed from behind by Willis, she loses her footing & stumbles to the floor face-first, while he maintains his grip on her cuffed arms. In the next clip, Willis & a cuffed Angela face-off in front of the interrogation chair. As he advances on her, clipboard again in right hand, Angela steps back & leans away from him, yelling, "don't you touch me!" Willis reaches out for her w/ his free hand, as she turns in the direction of the door, attempting to leave. While stepping foward, he uses his already-extended left arm to block her path & she walks into it. With his two feet solidly planted, Willis catches Angela by her left shoulder & pushes her back towards the chair. "Don't you touch me!," she yells again, as he steps foward, into his push, causing her to falling abruptly into the seat, sliding it a bit. In the next clip, Angela is still in cuffs & standing, facing the camera, w/ Willis at her right side. Neither of their heads are in the shot. Willis is holding Angela's left elbow w/ both hands & slides back a step, pulling her towards the chair, as she repeatedly struggles against him, screaming, "get away from me!" Again, he pushes her down into the seat, causing it to slide. As the clip ends, he is still holding her arm as she jumps up & back out of the seat. In the next clip, Angela is now in the chair, still in cuffs, w/ her head down & resting on her knees. She breathes heavily as Willis asks her, "do you understand, ma'am?," She nods & replies, "yeah, I understand." In the next clip, Willis is in the foreground, very close to the camera, about to turn it off. In the background, you can see a cuffed Angela sitting up in the chair. When the recording resumes, she is laying on her back in the middle of the floor w/ outstretched legs & blood on her mouth & nose, still in cuffs, next to a large pool of blood. Willis is leaning down next to her, attempting to hold her shoulders using the left strap of her sleeveless shirt. As he gently lets go, Angela's fall backs slowly, relaxing onto the floor. She bends both knees up, positioning her feet flat on the floor. As she does this, Willis rests his hand on her right thigh. In the last clip, an new officer is kneeling over a still-fallen Angela. The pool of blood has become a trail, leading directly to her. The officer observes her for a moment, then stands up & heads for the door. Officer Willis was fired, but never charged w/ a crime.

  • I'll bet this cops wife doesn't give him any shit. Women today don't know they're place anymore. This one got a brutal tutorial and I'm sure she won't repeat the folly. Heh Heh.

  • @rodrma The naked aggression that this officer displayed towards this woman actually places HIM in "folly." And, who's to say this officer doesn't have a husband at home, who receives a daily tutorial in brutality for giving out "shit"? If the woman in the video learned anything, it is that officers have no faith in the justice system they are sworn to serve, and willfully resort to violence as a means of exacting punishment, even though judge and jury are responsible for sentencing criminals.

  • she deserves what she got.

  • @MrSnobby24 Apologists like you are a big part of the problem. Your sentiments help make the world safe for fascism! You'll see how different the world looks when Officer Jackboot's foot is stepping on YOUR throat!

  • You can have your call after booking procedures are through. You have no right to refuse those procedures- you have been arrested and you become someone without free will in jail.

Just shut the fuck up get booked and bail out.

This idiot may have fallen although I doubt it. If she had just exercised her right to close her fucking pie hole she would have been fine.

  • That's Louisiana for you... -.-

  • You would all be whistling to another tune if she crashed into and killed a family, so shut the fuck up and fuck that woman. Maybe now she'll think twice before she drives drunk again.

  • @IWIN612 i do agree that he should not have beat her. that was unnecessary on his part. and yes it is hard to respect cops when things like this happen. they are there to serve and protect.

however i did put thought into my response.drunk and irresponsable drivers really make me angry. when you loose a loved one because of an irresponsible person like this woman then you would probably understand my reason. especially if the person you loose is a child.

  • ...She probably didn't want to get back in the kitchen.

  • Anyone ever dealt with a belligerent and hostile drunk person? Male or Female. You drive drunk, this is exactly what should happen to people. A drunk person behind the wheel of a motor vehicle has no regard for other people so why should i feel sorry for this woman?

  • Looks like resisting to me.

  • i hate this country. and have no faith in it.

  • Wow the brave policeman, beat a drunk woman in handcuffs!

  • @rodrma And so do men!!!First of all this gale began to resist when she was denied her LEGAL right to that phone call, that's when the officer who clearly let his EGO get away with him, began his torture trip. What a coward!!!Can't control himself and become a lowlife! When reacting to her attitude he should have called for someone who is above his/her reactions to a situation. This cop obviously needs CHARACTER training!!!!
