I haven't seen this song in Youtube so I decided to upload it.
None of the pictures belong to me! I got them from Deviant Art and Flickr. Song is Headstrong by Tilt Feat. Maria Nayler. It was heard in the end of episode 305 in Queer As Folk during the credits.

UPDATE: I've been getting requests to send this song through e-mail. Sorry, but it can't be done. The mp3 file is too large. You can find this song on a CD called South America with the artist as Hernan Cattaneo. Search it on Google, I'm sure you guys can find something. Good luck!
