This is in Denmark, which is kind of heartening, cause I don't know how big Suede were over there. But its hard to know what to make of this- the guy is a legend in my mind, still love his music and style, but he could have been bigger, he and Suede seem to have been so forgotten these days, when they deserve far better recognition. They had massive appeal and popularity, but it seems to have died with a vengeance. What happened?

I love suede but brett's making even better music now - after all the record companies makin money off his back. I reckon hes bored of being famous and loves the fact that he can showcase his special music to a seldom few :) long live the brettmeister!

and while I can see him going harder and create the type of music he created with Suede, If he does that it will not be because of the number of fans. Coz he fills up his concerts.

the second solo album is a lot less hard.
