There HAS to be an actual CURE for this other then having your tonsils removed. Im struggling so much with this, my throat is sore everyday, i feel exhausted.

Sombody please message me an actual solution. i have used every brand of mouthwash, salt water, throat sprays. Nothing stops it coming back

Is it normal to have one tonsil bigger than the other because of these? The tyonsil with the stones in is bigger than the other side.

i have tonsil stones stuck in my crypts i can't get it out its to suck inside my tonsils.... i was wondering.. what does the grapfruit seed extract do? if i gargle it will it dissovle the tonsil stones? or just mask the smell?

@darkwhitty Well you can't cure mucus running down from your sinuses so you can get rid of the ones that form or you can get rid of the tonsils themselfs. I actually cut off the end of a q-tip and use the stub to pick them out. it's probably not good but whatever

I got tonsil stones too. really the only thing you can do is maintain it by using long q-tips and fingers to wiggle the stuff out then gargle with mouthwash until you can afford one of the surgical methods of sealing those crypts.

HOWEVER, I've found that putting a drop of the strongest anti-bacterial soap I can find on the tip of a thermometer and sticking it down into the crypt then gargling the excess soap out kills a LOT of the smell but not the stones from coming back.

Please answer well my doctor said i have to get my tonsil removed but i feel fine everyday only when i get sick i get a really bad throat every time i go the doctor he says to remove them but when my cold goes away i feel just fine please answer should i get them removed or not??

@darkwhitty Have you seen an ENT? This is for tonsil stones, not actual swollen glands!! A constant sore throat is the sign of enlarged tonsils that may actually need to be removed. Removing the bacteria that causes small tonsil stones will not cure your frequent sore throats.

I am constantly tired all the time and have normal sleep schedule and what not....I just noticed that I had these stones, could this be the cause of my lethargy?
