Before i did this i was at 58.2 kilos and after this i was at 58.4, how? I did not eat anything between, i just drank 2 glasses of water, maybe thats it..

I dont understand how doing this once a day will help me lose weight, dont you have to burn 500 more calories than you consume?

Hello, im going to try to do the 30 day challenge but im just wondering, how many times a day should i do each exercise? Im starting tomorrow and it says Warm-up Low Impact Workout
Should i do that twice a day?

@FPSIceraven You should do each day repeated until you are fatigued. Some people may only do 5 minutes of a 10 minute work and others may need to repeat 2 or 3 times. Make a decision based on your fitness level :)

@solokidd203 While you may lose weight eating that, your body will miss out on many nutrients and it is not sustainable over time. You need a variety of nutrients for both your body and mind to stay sharp.
