Yigal Azrouel Backstage - New York Fashion Week Fall 2011 NYFW | FashionTV - FTV

http://www.FTV.com/videos NEW YORK - FashionTV is backstage at the Lincoln Center for the Yigal Azrouel show where the models are getting metallic gold shadow on their lids with a pink color at the corners. The rest of the face is fresh, the hair is loose and free. American model Katie Fogarty talks to FTV about the complete look. The clothes for the show are tuxedo and menswear-inspired with a French twist. There are also feathers on some dresses, Marique Schimmel says, describing the garment she is wearing in particular. Designer Yigal Azrouel says his inspiration for this season comes from menswear, because he's been doing menswear for the past couple of seasons. "How do you take a tuxedo jacket and make sort of like a sweater out of it." Yigal also says he does a lot of layering.
