Small info on this song...When Mahendran (Director) wants to shoot this song in outdoor location, producer didn't agree to pay the money. Guess who gave money to shoot this...it is none other than KAMALHASAN and the distributor who helped to release the film since Mahendran had fight with the producer is RAJ KIRAN (yes, same RAJ KIRAN - the actor) who was the distributor then.

Wonder who wrote the wonderful lyrics? Ilayaraja and Yesudas are at their best as usual. Its a shame Das didn't sing many more Raja compositions.
