  • I remember my first ever computer. A sinclair spectrum 48k and that was an awesome machine in its day...hell it still is :-)

  • @STOPJABBAINGON Those ran on cassette right?

  • @STOPJABBAINGON My first was a Commodore 64. Basically a Sinclair. Small world! LOL

  • Wow! My phone has a dual core 1.5gHz cpu, 1gb of RAM, 16gb storage with a 32gb micro SD card. And the part that make this more funny is that those specs are better than my home computer too!!

  • @zoics1 I'm doing the same thing myself right now. Taking this from that and swapping one of these for one of those. Check thrift store computers. I've put a few together for dirt cheap. Found a 512mb GeForce graphics card in one a few weeks ago. The entire PC was $15 with a 17" screen. Jacked some RAM from another, left 512 in it. I was in good shape as long as you don't believe in karma.

  • Wow a Intel slot 1 processor and Windows 98? If you could find them, you could possible go for a Pentium II or in rare cases, a Pentium III. They have an adapter that goes from a slot 1 to a socket 478 Pentium 4. You would be surprised who would purchase this system to restore it for historical reasons. They collect older computers to preserve them.

  • @QuietstormRising I was thinking about that with this. I have another super cool idea. I just have to find a few parts.

  • this is what you want now but in 5 years time, this set up will probably be 500 dollars. its completely pointless to keep completely top of the line stuff unless your profession requires it.

and how could you possibly use 14 usb ports???

  • thumps up if you want this so badly

  • what happened to all the videos of you doing normal things, driving to target! I dont know why but i loved those! Dont get me wrong i love cars and the car videos are awesome but bring back some daily rambling crap please! Long time watcher, new youtube! x

  • you're alive!

  • @ProjectCarTV Oh yes I remember the comodore 64. I was always jealous of them as they had a nice keyboard rather than like my dodgy rubber keys

  • @ProjectCarTV They did indeed and depending on how loud you had the cassette meant if a game loaded or not
