the scar

Paige I know were your coming from, I had knee surgery about 2 years ago, and it wasn't that serious but I had it on both knees, one knee had a bone spur (sp?) and the other they had to cut the bone to make it stop giving my cramps or something, and so I couldn't walk, I was on crutches and walkers, and when I would go places people would stare at my leg and give me that kinda, like u said pity/disturbed look, and they even asked me sometimes what happend to your knees? I know were ur comin from

Wow, thank you so much for sharing this. I really know how it feels to have someone look at you one way, but when they see my scar, they look at me differently. I have a scar that's about a foot long (maybe longer) on my back, one on my right side over my ribs that is maybe a little smaller than a foot long, and smaller ones from a back surgery when I was 14. I'm scared to wear a bikini now in public.But you have really inspired me. God Bless you and have a wonderful day.

just wow........ I cannot say thank you enough for sharing your heart with me and everyone else! I have a physical scar that most people can't see and that some people don't know about, You inspire me to see how God wants to use my scar.........

Every time I watch this, it really inspires me. Thank you for humbling yourself to help us build stronger. That is a wonderful trait that more people need to learn. This makes me wonder if I need to humble myself more, even though I don't have a physical scar.

Hi Pagie, Your really amazing to open up about your scar i have one and i have tried to cover it up and i hate it, but you've inspired me to go out and not to hide it, i no it will be really hard cause i hate it and wish i never had it but you have great messages thank you so much

Thank you for sharing your experiences with your scar. You have no idea how much empathy I feel for you because I also have a scar. Mine is a little bit harder for me to hide than yours but I share your feelings 100%.
