@deka360 the bics in europe are not made with a plastic wrap(dont no for you in america) .the ones over here are made with coloured plastic that you cannot take/scrape off

See I figured you meant the gas station wrapped ones but when I looked at the bottom of the colored ones I saw the white and I never thought about it before. I wasn't upset bra, just wanted to add a funny comment. I ended up buying a plethora of solid colors to replace the ones I experimented on lol. I figure I only tried it because I was stoned as fuck when I came across your comment. Thanks for the reply bra!!!!

@TunasWorkShop your right, I should have been more clear, the solid color lighters are not white on the inside. The novelty wrapped ones are all white, ie. peace symbols, deer,, beer, capricorn, multi colored, etc. they are all white lighters with shrink wrapping. Sorry you busted up so many lighters, but the solid color ones are pretty evident they are not wrapped.
