@resopicker music isn't the same anymore, that's for sure. Even though i was born in the late 60s, & have always held glenn as the `standard' of the big band era, i do know that there are others, such as tommy & jimmy dorsey, the andrews sisters, the ink spots, guy lombardo, bing crosby & others. I had noticed an interview with jim morrison from the doors back in the 70s, that music would head towards the way of heavily electronic & using tapes, (but actually records for scratching rap junk) .
