I love footballers who can incorporate skills and flicks into their games but I prefer when the skills are functional - releasing a teammate, getting past your marker, getting out of a tight spot - as compared to running into a corner and performing a million foot flicks and feints and passing to a teammate who'd been waiting for a pass all along. Why take 10 fancy touches when you could have done the same with 1?

Wow Ronaldo is so over rated. Yes he has incredible talent but he isnt creative or intelligent enough to use it properly. Look at 0:56 for example he completely fucks up what should be a simple touch and pass and he does a shit pass and loses the ball, and look at 2:21 it is brilliant but where does it get him? he doesnt even beat his man and he ends up on his wrong foot facing the corner flag.

Some of the comments on here a just plain retarded. Yeah ronaldo is showboating, and i am not a huge fan of his, but guess what he is showcasing his amazing abilities. Too which the like of most of you would and could never have. I know that most of you back room players don't have any skill, which is why you would kick players like this in the head, you prefer dull kick and run like a horse type play, which is boring as F*&%.
