I've heard Dolly live twice, and she's incredible! Say whatever you want, but no American Idol contestant ever will have the kind of success she's had.........not to mention, no song writer will ever have her success.......she's a true talent....

I love this lady. She's beautiful in every way. I did not know she did this. I'm not a fan of the idol show. Why did she not do her biggest song, "I Will Always Love You"?

I don't care what anybody says, she's the cutest, kindest, and most open hearted person you'll find! I love Dolly with all my heart, and if I ever met her, I'd tell her that, give her a hug, and talk with her as long as i could. I think the thing I love most about her is her little, adorable laugh! It reminds me of a little child when they get so excited they can't help but let out a little squeal. That's my dolly! She's so inspiring and truly good hearted. I only wish I could meet her and have that privilege of telling her how influential she has been. I'm sure she has been told all that before though so she has to know, which is enough for me :D

guys, she sings along with the original track on a lot of her songs during shows, she has admitted openly, it is fine! You cannot pretend your vocal chords are the same as if when you were twenty, so give her a break, but American Idol is a live show, so no original track to lean on. If she had a cold, fine, but the short breath, or performances being really tiresome on the long run as well, is enough reason for her to sing along with the recorded version. Take it or leave it. I take it!
