@doctorpsycho1960 Yes. It's Pre-Crisis continuity where it's established that you can kill aliens without violating the code against killing as aliens are not humans beings.
Quite the little massacre Superboy pulled off, blowing up an entire invasion fleet, and then maliciously "returning" the last of the invaders by flinging him at his home planet.
@CarolinaNIM Superman/Superboy continuity and assignment of dates is always tricky. I remember when _Smallville_ came on the air and my kids were puzzling over when the series was supposed to take place. I asked them when Clark Kent should be seen as a teenager: ten years ago? Twenty? Back in the 1920s, before Superman's 1938 debut?
Better to just assume that each group of stories exists in its own world, only coincidentally similar to other stories, or to our world.
The main fallacy in this one is that with Suprmanan an adult in his mid-30s during the mid-1960s when these were made, then the Superboy eps would take place mid to late 1940s, long before we even heard the word astronaut.
and then along came Uncle Croc's Block in 1974!

The story has action/drama, especially towards the end of the story.
