This clip focuses on the second stage of completing a successful tumble / flip turn - The landing of the feet on the wall in order to ensure a strong and effective push off and glide.

  • I there. Thanks for watching and commenting. Difficult to give any specific reason without seeing you perform your turn, but often this is caused by either turning with too slow or beginning to extend the legs too early. Both of which will stop the momentum of the turn and cause you sink at that particular point. Lead with the head and strong arm pull and aim to get your legs to the other side as efficiently as possible. I hope this helps. Regards, Mark

  • I have issues flipping in the shallow end of the pool, I end up at the bottom of the pool. How do I fix this?
