Love these old Toei anime trailers; instead of clips, they feature animation exclusive to the trailer itself. "Saiyuuki (AKA Alakazam the Great)" even had the animated Monkey King wandering around the live-action studio and interviewing the producer about his upcoming movie.

The wolf on the left at 0:30 looks like the wolf from Sabans Little Red Riding Hood.

I think I remember seeing this anime in 1992. I prefer 'Legends of TTreasure Island' to this. The animal characters are mush cuter and more well drawn!

Dude I miss this movie. I can't believe my dad gave it away. Now I'm trying to go buy it again with a bunch of old movies pertaining to Miyazaki and Ghibli.
