  • I know these guys train like beasts, but I wonder, sometimes, if having to ingest all that food is actually the least pleasant part of their day. They must literally force feed themselves to get the nutrients they need.

  • to have that sort of diet it costs a lot of money. steak, chicken and fish are all expensive. no wonder in this day and age there are so many overweight/obese/morbidly obese people about; the cheapest foods are often bad for you!

  • @isildur101 word on that.. i've been on a regiment like this and yes, you must force feed yourself but if you do it for long enough (after 2 months) you get used to it like it aint no thang
