Second run at the 02/24 UFO event in Marina, CA. Run group 4. For some reason one of the course workers felt the need to flag me down to pull cones out from under my car on course. He gets the first one out and has trouble with the second. I try to tell him "I'll get it out, I'll get it out." I should have had the where-with-all to chew him a new one on the spot. Whatever. Who flags cars down for stuck cones? Honestly! If its on fire I can understand, otherwise lemme dig it out AFTER my run while I'm on grid. I feel bad for the two guys behind me on course who were legitimately red flagged and everyone else for having to wait. Asked for a re-run and was granted one (thank you!).
Had sporatic showers and wind gusts all day which made it more interesting. Not driving to compete, just trying to figure out the car more. Lots of hot entries accompanied by understeer.
Far too many mods to list properly. For more info visit http://www.tlarengineering.com/gallery.html , http://www.teamsolcal.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5727 , and http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1708933

Possible? Yes. Recommended? Not really. Find yourself a beater CRX to swap everything into.

all the crx's in my town are way to over priced there was 1 for like $600+ and it was in junk condition my friend got lucky and got a nice crx for like 500 with like brand new paint job n everything but yeah....why a crx?

Same size-ish, lighter, more interior room and you won't have to weld a roof on to it.

One more thing. Rally isn't cheap. Just ONE of your seats will cost upwards of $600 and you'll have to replace it every three years.

I was one of the workers in your run group. I was actually behind your car when the worker red flagged you to pull the cones out. It was my first autocross, and frankly I didn't what to do. They probably should've given us a bit of training on how to work the course before they put us out there. Nice runs by the way! Very fast! Plus I love the rally look on the del sol. Have you rallyx before?

I'll probably bring it up at the meeting at next event. Usually you just point and laugh ;P I've taken it to several rallyx events and plan on attending as many as possible this year. There's a couple vids in my channel from one of the PC events out near Sac.
