As long as your hand are washed and sanitized at regular intervals or after handling raw food item this does not cause a health issue,however wearing gloves is not and instant fix in the preventing of cross contamination if the gloves are not regularly changed or operator handles raw food and cooked food without changing gloves crossed contamination will still occur .It is more important that the operator understands the risks and uses proper care is the only method of prevention not gloves.
