I used to LOVE Deuce, even though I couldnt name one of them! I think I've still got a TOTP Magazine with them in it somewhere! 'Call it love' was a masterpiece...this one came second. Best Eurovision pre-selection track of that year by far.

Brilliant song! I love it! A classic 90's pop song. It's just such a shame you don't get music like this anymore, it's much better than the music of today imo. Man I miss the 90's. The only thing that wasn't better back then was technology. :D

@stuartshame I cant know definately - cause I don`t have access to Pete Waterman`s head. But I think maybe ABBA was the inspiration behind STEPS. Waterman off course being a huge ABBA fan. And some of the STEPS songs, as well - One for sorrow, forinstance - had much of the ABBA sound to them. But knowing that Deuce was Tom Watkins project (PSB, Bros, East 17), perhaps we shouldn`t exclude the possibility Waterman enjoyed the challenge of beating Watkins at his own game, so to speak?
