@superskullis A lot of Blapps stuff helped shape B-more house. I remember Bob (DJ Equalizer) and Scotty B when they came out with Much Too Much (which sampled the HECK out of this track). I used to buy from both of them at Inner City Records back in the early 90's.
Blapps stuff is pretty amazing, and I don't think it's been given its proper credit in the history of dance music. This track right here is pretty much the blueprint for baltimore house, and it stands up on its own as a great track. All praise due to Blapps!
