@hardcoresweetness25 I found that I wasn't cooking it all the way and I use a lot of spices! Another thing is that some people soak/rinse theirs first. The darker quinoa also taste better imho

I really wish you could put more vedios up about this cause im in chicago and i dont know how to make the quinoa taste good but i know how to cook it please help

Correct about the olive oil. I poor just a little over my alvacodos from time to time. Use 100 pure pink salt from the Hymalayans. Not the fake sea salt we buy in the commercial stores. It takes a long time to master how much your body can have of this element. The pink salt has 84 elements the body can use. But just a very little here and there. @Dre36 Hi Dre - perhaps you misread my post -- i was talking about extra virgin coconut oil in my first comment about cooking although refined coconut oil is commonly available as well.. I did not mention extra virgin olive oil in either of my comments. But thank you for making that distinction for the viewers.

cooking with olive oil alters its chemical structure -- it actually changes into a trans fat the best oil for cooking is coconut oil (extra virgin preferably)
