Brother Abanoub as the chief cook at the monastery. He has great sense of humour. Honestly, he is a great person to be around. Not bad for someone from Upper Egypt making his way all the way to North America.

THESAAD7 , this is a monk, apparently u need to know what coptic monks wear be4 you talk, this is a monk thats why he wears the alaswa or kolonsowa, which is what monks wear on thier heads with the 12 crosses
