one really needs to see the show to get all the hilariousness, outrageousness, ..., all of it - to appreciate all the parts as well as the whole
music is mostly a very clever send up of 'king and i' and some other tunes (that have been 'asking' for a very long time to be sent up) - visual sides of it make it a really unbelievable show
the visual illustration of dysentery in this song is just a tiny sequence in 'the flow" that makes one (most literally so) crying form laughter all the way through

@cbgflygirl This song sounds really offensive out of context. Try listening to "Joseph Smith American Prophet" and "Making Things Up Again" then come back.
