THE BIBLE AND THE CHURCH PROVES THAT PURGATORY EXIST! ITS ONLY UP TO US TO BELIEVE.
By the way... its our responsibility to pray for them ALWAYS because god said.... whoever provides care to my little children... you did it to me! if you do not pray for them, you also will be in purgatory when you die. because its our responsibility

@bartytarsIar: No, Purgatory is apart of Heaven. If you are in Purgatory then you are officially saved. Once you are in Hell then you have no hope...

@truthisbetter yeah the catholic bible has 75 books while protestants have a 66 book bible, also how can people deny purgotory? how do you explain ghosts, easy they are souls in purgotory.

Is hades the purgatory itself?

Be it known unto you therefore, men [and] brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. (Acts 13:38-39)

this is true...so true...

of course. but that still won't change a thing. their quick to believe their own lies.

what is more funny than that is when they start saying "the bible says this and that"...and they put all their faith in the Bible...when I ask them "How do you know that the bible you have is inspired? who announced it to be the Word of God?" they say "the bible says so"...I then say "well the koran says so too and the book of mormon are you saying that you will believe any book that says so?" or when i ask them to prove to me that scripture alone can stand alone...they cant do either
Scriptural evidence for Purgatory is weak, if non-existent. On the other hand, Roman Catholic tradition, a source of authority, teaches Purgatory. This is an interesting problem.

No it isnt weak if you are using a Bible that hasnt been tampered with. I have a complete Bible. Most protastants use a bible that has had 7 books removed by Luther. The Catholic does have authority. The Catholic has 2000 years of history with a strong foundation.
