the authenticator has being cracked. its easy for blizz to find out who hacked in a worked 4 a company and they have IP adress records of wat IP logs in to that account the reason they wont look into it is cuz they make no money from doin that its basically they work for free doin that 4 u and no ompany works for free and unless they charge for doin that they wont its bs i knw.

I can relate to this as my WoW account was hacked a while back.. I think a little over a year ago now. I haven't played much at all since, even though they gave me all of my gear back. I realised how silly I was acting and how obsessed I was about the game.
