This is a Greyhound bus driver with a very bad attitude! We had been sitting on a bus for over 3 hrs in Roanoake, VA without a driver. This guy came to replace to no-show driver and was confronted with a busload of upset people and the driver gets an attitude. This happened in May 2007. As a result of me filming this scene, I along with several others were kicked off the bus. I complained to Greyhound and they never responded. Greyhound sucks!

What an asshole. Yeah I've had plenty bad exeriences with Greyhound. I wish there was another BETTER way to get around besides this stupid corrupt bus system and flying. If I was not afraid of heights I'd fly, even though I've heard plenty horror stories about what they do to people while checking them in airports. Maybe we humans need to start evolving with our own set of natural wings. Damn. *lol*

I just finished my second (and last) Greyhound trip. I am never giving my traveling money to those assholes ever again. They treat every question like a personal insult, and then treat you like an idiot. They tell you the wrong doors to go to, and take 20 minutes to get coffee during what they said was a FIVE minute break. On my way to PGH, my driver disappeared, and we had to wait 4 hours for the next bus. Screw them.

@19madmod6960 Of course, I live in New Jersey and although the US doesn't have a great long distance train system like Europe and East Asia does, the northeast has the best train system in the US. I used to live in Santa Barbara County, California (about a few hour drive on the 101 Freeway) until 1999. Btw, I am a student pilot so once I get my pilot license I can get to my destination (100-500 miles) quicker!

@NHRHS2010 Thank you for your comment.Although living in southern california, with the exception of amtrak surfliner, the only way to get here and there is by plane.Though, the train would be easy to take where you are at due to the northeast corridor is as better like you said. It's a matter of where you live.

@19madmod6960 Yeah, long distance bus drivers tend to be rude. Although commuter buses like Trans Bridge Lines appear to be friendly, Greyhound is not. I was about to get on the Megabus in Boston bound for NYC and the driver had an argument with a passenger who was refused a seat despite buying a ticket. And yes, you learned a valuable lesson. For very long distance of over 400 miles, PLANE is better. For long distance ground transportation, Amtrak is the best option

@NHRHS2010 I Agree, there's been a rash of rude bus drivers in the last 10 years before 9/11.One time in las vegas I saw an upset guy who missed the bus to santa ana ,ca and threw a can of soda at the bus.I told Harold, the bus driver at the time of the incident,But he lectured to me to not to interrupt the driver as he said I was being rude. From that point on to santa ana as I left I said in his face,"here's a tip,NEXT TIME I'M TAKING A PLANE!".

@justinismine1994 Yes that's annoying too. Especially on a bus. Which is why it's better to take the plane and train when traveling overnight. With overnight travel, here is how I rank the mode of public transportation
1. Train (especially Amtrak)
2. Airplane
3. Bus (Megabus)
4. Bus (Greyhound)
I've never been on Greyhound before but I heard stories before.
