    Why won't the medical community look at wheat and gluten as the biggest contributor to obesity? Wheat is added to everything packaged and processed. Corn, wheat and soy are the crops subsidized by US Govt so you can't expect the USDA food guidelines to suggest Americans avoid these. But if you struggle with your weight, you need to AVOID entirely!!!
