@IdunCareLesSn00b cardiomyopathy is number one, followed by the liver saying "fuck this". Not many actually develop pancreatitis, it usually takes 10 years. It took Duff 9 years, took slash 10 to get cardiomyopathy

hard partying is one thing. this dude drank FOUR LITRES of vodka a day for many many months if not years. he tried to curb his drinking by cutting is down to TEN BOTTLES OF WINE a day. fuck a duck.

Generally acidosis is not the way the majority of people die from alcohol, its from asphyxia, so this is maybe a bit of a stretch.
