THIS VIDEO WAS PRODUCED IN ORDER TO SHOW ALAN STEINBERG OF USEPA REGION2 AND NYSDEC REGION 3, JUST A COUPLE OF MANY EXAMPLES AS TO WHAT IS CURRENTLY HAPPENING IN PHILIPSTOWN, NEW YORK REGARDING FEDERAL CLEAN WATER ACT'S STORMWATER AMENDMENTS. OUR INVALUABLE STREAMS AND WETLAND ARE BEING COMPROMISED DUE TO OUR "STORMWATER MANAGEMENT" PRACTICES. THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR SURFACE WATER OF THE UNITED STATES IS GOING TO COST OUR COMMUNITY A LOT GOING FORWARD. TODAY, HEARTLAND OF AMERICA...TOMORROW, IT COULD VERY WELL BE THE HUDSON RIVER VALLEY/HIGHLANDS.
I'M HOPING TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM EITHER GENTLEMAN, AS TO WHETHER PHILIPSTOWN'S DRAINAGE METHODS...ARE LEGAL OR ILLEGAL...IF I HEAR, I'LL POST WHAT I LEARN IN THIS VIDEOS COMMENTS.
