An experiment in animation with Ann Arbor's Tower Plaza. Originally a flipbook for my Digital Animation class; Screen Arts & Cultures 306.
I originally wanted to photography different lit room combinations on some building in town, but when that became impractical in a week, I decided to manually alter a photograph of a building to achieve the same affect. The original photo, shot by Geoff George, has been altered using Photoshop to illuminate or darken every room, so that each room could be turned on and off using the Visible Layer eye, thereby allowing animation of the windows. Best viewed at the largest possible resolution, as each window has something different occurring within it.

Yeah, I'd love to do a lot more with this - I've got the Photoshop file to do so - but it took me a lot longer than I expected to do just this much. We'll see how the semester progresses with this class; this might be an ongoing theme...
