you don't hear australians going on about their "beautiful country" because it's not. You have desert or jungle or bushfires. Half the wildlife will kill you. The temperatures are extreme (40 degrees celsius plus in November????). Can't wait till the water runs out completely and you're all emmigrating to NZ.

Most Australians are fabulous and as much as we might give each other crap about who's better, the ANZAC spirit is alive and well in the world! You however, are NOT WELCOME HERE.

I was in New Zealand in the last half of August and it was quite an amazing experience. New Zealand is such a beautiful country. I know it sounds cliche, but the endless green valleys, the mountains, hiking on a Glacier, snowboarding, bungee jumping, the nightlife in Queensland, the whole experience was great, though I only went to the Southern Island. And being from New York City, it was quite the long adventure. I hope to return one day.

I got that wrong. It is very difficult to change something if most people like the way things are. But the World is always changing. It is hard to predict what will happen next year. There could even be a change of government in the PRC, who knows ?
