I used Kryptes and it is 100 times faster than Cydia. Loved it, can't wait till they get some more sources in there.
mlott if your stuff is broken or missing I am sure it wasn't kryptes.. doesn't make much sense.. You uninstall via Cydia?? Check with Cydia.

I downloaded Kryptes looked around and uninstalled it. After I did that my iphone apple original icons on my springboard are GONE??? WTF anyone know what happened or how to fix it. the only thing my phone shows on springboard is apps I have gotten from app store EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING ELSE IS GONE!!!
