So Heiss transformed into a M.C. Escher paintingfor a final boss? That is actually quite original...
-
This was a long fight, but not a particularly hard boss. Even if he didn't give me much trouble, having music like this definitely makes him a worthy opponent.

If something is by Yoko Shimomura, then you know it's going to be an instant master piece.

@SchweppesLemon There's also the biblical Apocrypha, which is more likely to be the reference since it involves books. Basically, it's a sort of "unofficial" section that's seperate from the Old Testament and New Testament, or something like that. In other words, the final boss is the one responsible for a history that exists in a way, but is not part of the "True History" written in the White and Black Chronicles. Or something.

Apocrypha is originally a greek word which means 'those hidden away'. Fits the boss name very well.

Arguably one of the longest final bosses ever... enough to make a grown man cry upon "game over"... but yet, SO MUCH WIN!!!

@KanagJ em...boss fight not bost >_>
-
one of the longest bost fight I've ever had! level 56 and spent good time healing and only doing 100 damage per character (except Marco) :S

LOL. I have every fighting song has a color in it's name.
Also, I just now realized that Ernst sounds like Earnest.
Damn that's some powerful music contained in that little DS cart.
