No one believes through manipulation. Only God can draw a person to Jesus Christ (John 6:44). The tract does not promote greed but does get peoples attention to read the tract. The purpose of the big bill is to get people to read the gospel on the back. Some do, some don't. It's not the job of a Christian to convince anyone but we are commanded to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15)
