This is an excellent routine to use at home because it uses little space and little equipment yet provides a great fat burning workout.

  • if you dont have the ball can you use weights?

  • @zarek10 Sure you can. I would recommend using dumbbells as they give you that free range of motion for your wrists and shoulders.
