@Baseshocks Even if they did, it still doesn't make sense. The nukes the 304s carry can destroy them in a single hit, and they carry dozens.

That's not even counting the asgard beams which oneshot them, but as "they were not installed yet" apparantly, meh.

Don't get how they're not installed anyway. SGU is set a year after the end of Atlantis, and in an alternate timeline that ship got built and finished around the start of season 5.

@GortonMichael Agreed bullshit on that, they are fucking farmer slaves and ship servants turned scientists that rivals earths??? In reality the Lucian Alliance should only have a few ships and barley keeping them running. I would have bought this more if a faction of the free Jafa sent 20 ships to that planet.

@TheDeludedFactor The Lucian alliance are a back wash organization they are freed human slaves trying to get by, they are over powered considering the Jafa took over most of the Goa'uld fleet. Lucian Alliance should only have a few ships and the knowledge to barley run them.

@GamerBruce95 Actually, no, it's not an ancients ship. The ship is an Asuran replicator ship. The Asuran Replicators in the Pegasus galaxy were created by the ancients and copied the ancients culture and tech design, right down to making their cities identical to Atlantis, and their ships of the same design as the ancient's Orion/Aurora ships.

@s2k997 exactly I never bought into the idea that the Lucian alliance would be able to withstand the beam weapons, In the SGU they state that the Hammond did not have them installed, I doubt the lucian alliance could do anything to stop them

@cashforsanity They only gave out tech to one planet, and it's later said that the asgard went and destroyed it.

On the alliance, that was just a massive plot hole. There's no way they could have done all they did, considering the tech advantage, so the writers made a bunch of shit up to make the story go along. I try to find ways that I could make it fit, but it just doesn't.

So, I've decided, screw SGU's plot. It didn't happen as far as I'm concerned.
