GoPro HD Scuba Dive - Blue Hole in Guam

Boat dive to the Blue Hole in Guam, a 127ft-130ft deep exit and slow ascend back.

This is the first video I have taken underwater, and the first one using the GoPro HD camera. You can clearly see well the camera works on the surface but, once underwater it shows signs of blurred image -- this was addressed by the GoPro team saying that they will soon provide a new housing with better lens.

This is a great and fun dive that you should try if you are visiting or living in Guam, just remember to check your depth gauge frequently because the drop after the hole can go as deep as 300ft.

@NiTr091 You might find some color aberrations during the dive, like the camera trying to compensate for the blue-hued environment and coloring the image red (nothing that can't be undone in the editing process). Still, I believe the camera was a great investment for the price.

You clear your ears. As you descend to deeper depths the air pockets compress in your body due to an increase of pressure causing discomfort. To clear your ears, the most common way, you simply add more air to the pockets by pinching your nose with your fingers and blow out of your nose at the same time.
