little low stress training

Just a video showing my method of lst. I use bent copper wire to hold down branches where I want them lower. Pretty simple and easy method. Just thought I'd show a way other than tying branches down. Also, I have read somewhere that metals that have good conductivity can help stimulate plant growth. I have also read that slugs/snails don't like copper. These are all things I found out after using copper though. I use because of its ease to shape with needle nose pliers and have hold branches any way I would like.

@kevlar785 sometimes, but usually i use a watering container with pourer to help give water evenly and pour under foliage, but its no problem to get plant/budz wet while watering, as long as humidity is good, shouldnt cause a problem

Yes, lst basically lets you keep plant at the height u want, if you want a plant around two feet, just keep all tops just about a foot, and it will stretch to ~two feet during flower

@vmart46 tying the plant down does not diminish the quality of the bud, and when u tie down real good the growth may stunt initially, but not permanently. These plants are fairly resilient to stress during the growth stage.

When you tie down those stems you dont allow the plant to grow properly which stunts its growth. You wont have as high quality of bud you gotta let it grow brotha then you will have some top notch shit.
