For everyone out there who is having the same problems I had, if you collect the delta fragments and all 10 memoir pages it still doesn't show the location of the tomb. Search on YouTube location of secret entrance to hagia Sophia and it's one of the first ones, don't worry you don't have to by the landmark. Also if you get stuck just before the end just restart and it fixed it

2:45 solution: For PC do not push any direction (A,S,W,D). Just hold the right mouse button and jump. Use shift to use the hook to grab on. Key here is not to push any direction.
