its not max settings ..your video card has 500mb and max settings need 1,6 gb

@Vasy40k Hi, the game's going to run well, but take into account that the GTA IV is a poorly optimized game (it can go well as it can go slow and with lag). You're going to be able to play with full graphics but without videw distance, detail distance, vehilce density(when there are many cars the game begins to encourage) and shadow density. If you have a doubt, ask me.
