bioshock steam preload & gameplay

The so called "Preload and play immediately" from steam. After 1:30 minutes i managed to download the rest of the game, about 20% and launch it, ofcourse with several vista errors.
But the game itself is clean of bugs, didnt have any errors yet and the graphics and gameple are excelent. Worth buying ;)

u cant :p unless u buy the game before its release date of course, which steam occasionally does

and if u try to play it, it wont let ya cuz the data's encrypted xP

it means u have it installed, but its not registered onto ur steam account so u cant rlly play it

IM new in steam so, what means pre-load?

Im using my big brothers old computer and I created a Steam account.. then I found TF2 in "pre-load paused."

then I clicked on it and then "continue", then it started to download something.

so what it means? please anwer

oh and the TF2 was in installed section because my big brother had TF2 on this comp intalled.
