@nuclearbabyouknowit The skyline is literally the ONLY good car from Japan. And it's only past the R31 (mid-late 1980s) when the skyline could even be considered to be in any way better than American muscle. Even today I'd still pick a Cuda or Challenger over a GT-R or R34.

My dad has a Belvedere, fully restored with 440, a 67 Firebird with 400 restored, Buick GS400 from 71-all original survivor, and I am the proud owner of a Buick Lesabre Wildcat currently with a 340, but soon to get a built 455 and 4 spd. Yeah there ain't much Mopar in the pile, but my philosophy is a good car is a good car. Sweet video, keep rollin.

If you have a skyline that's real nice. Absolutely any generation of skyline will outhandle 60s or 70s muscle, that's true. But you have to see how these cars were designed- JDM and it's exports were handling cars for a physically small country (lot's of turns, rally, drifting etc.), 70s muscle was designed for utterly raping anything of the era in a country with long straights and open country. Totally different philosophies.

@tylerfabish Dipshit.

Keep your Rice. This is the most sought after Muscle Car out there - better looking than your turd, and worth WAY more. Hemicuda is sex on wheels. Rice belongs in a bowl, not in your driveway!

@tylerfabish ....the car is from the f****kin 70s. is it supposed to handle better?
dudes really? its about what you like in a car man not what others think.
lets all just agree to hate the prius ok?

no brakelights there mustangs !

@metalmaniac159 ..........a V-10 Viper owns the record again at the Ring. Well........for a "production" car, that is.

A 426 Hemi is a high 11-12 flat car in street trim with good driver that know how to control the tire spinning
440's are solid 12 second cars
383's are solid high 12-mid 13's
A low horsepower low compression,heavier,3.23 axle equiped 1972 400 4bbl Road Runner runs high 13's with better traction,14 flat with 14 inch magnum 500's,and those were slow if you were a Mopar guy and drove a Hemi,440 or 383 car back in the day,as I did..
My stock 69 440 Charger 3.23 axle ran 12.70's when new
