  • @odeswx - It's pretty shocking what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico with the BP oil spill. There are entire sections of ocean that are *dead*. I've read of oil slicks miles and miles long, but *600 feet thick*! This catastrophe boggles the mind. This could basically kill the Gulf of Mexico for years to come, not to mention other oceans around the world when the oil spill from the Gulf over time flows to other oceans. The environmental impact of this is beyond devastating! :(

  • @odeswx Did you know GTX is manufactured by British Petroleum, the infamous company tied with the massive Gulf of Mexico oil spill?

  • @HiTechOilCo~ u do know that the whole gulf of mexico oil spill was pre-planned. They did it so they could set up an oil depot in the gulf of mexico.

  • music please

  • @odeswx - If you might be interested, I offer a synthetic oil that is very environmentally friendly in that it doesn't come from petroleum oil, (like the stuff that is killing the Gulf of Mexico), but from grains and natural gas right here in America. No foreign oil! :) It also costs less to use than petroleum oil and is all around better for your vehicle in every way. I have video's of this at my channel. Check it out and e-mail me with any questions. Enjoy. :)

  • @HiTechOilCo Yea I know and i will never use GTX and anything BP makes ever again

  • @MckMick Castrol is manufactured/owned by BP, or British Petroleum, of the infamous Gulf of Mexico Oil spill fame. :(

  • The person who edited this is really good.

  • odeswx - I have been an AMSOIL synthetic lubricants dealer for the past 25 years and based on that experience, in your case I'd recommend staying with the Ford recommended 5W-20. 90,000 miles is a lot of wear and tear for a 4-cylinder engine that has been fed a diet of petroleum oil. The noise could be a lot of different things, no way to know for sure without diagnosis. Pennzoil never had a problem with their oil's formula. Using a better performing synthetic oil is always a wise choice.

  • I'll give that a try. Thanks
