Using the rings as an option for full body strength thru: planks, tricep press, reformer based pilates movements. Awesome work for full abdominal involvement. If you need a options other than planks on a mat or ball or simply just need a new ab exercise - try these! You will wind up with a full upper body strengthening exercise option. Adjust the height of the rings to increase or decrease the intensity of this exercise. Be sure to keep your shoulders pulled back in place and do not over extend at the joint.
