ICC Proceedings: Pre-Trial Pt1

The international criminal court has warned the Kenyan suspects it deems to have borne the greatest responsibility over the post poll chaos to refrain from making utterances that could induce a repeat of the violence, failing which they risk having the court replace the summonses to appear with warrants of arrest. The warning was issued during the initial appearance of three of the six suspects, Eldoret north mp William Ruto, Tinderet mp Henry Kosgey and radio journalist Joshua Arap sang before the court.
