see i'm doing the thirty day shred and i don't know if i'm losing wieght or not cause my scale changes depending weather i lean on it or not or move a certain way i'm roughly about 133 lbs i'm wondering if i'm just fat or is it the scales

@lovegerardbutler1987 they did a challenge i 4got what it was but th prize was they got a yr of free groceries and mike won and he went up 2 aubrey and said he didnt need it and gave it 2 her since she has 5 kids and a husband 2 take car of

I don't like Helen.
Granted I don't know her outside the clips of her on this show, but she seems-I don't know-kind of "fake" Like she's one of the "Game Players" who will do what she has to do to lose weight, but when she went home, she either over did it or under did it.
Probably that's just me, but there was just something about her when I watched this.
