This strat has been discontinued since 2009. It did not last long 2 years that is it.

@mercutio123franikin I'm probably one of many to reply. But, it doesn't hurt to say that the simulated strat sound eliminates the 60 cycle hum that a normal strat would have.

the blue light is blinking. does it mean that you need to replace the battery?

This guitar used properly should be in the hands of an advanced player to fully optimize its capabilities. If you don't understand how to use and play with alternate tunings or play material that's versatile tonally then get something else. Those who have anything negative to say about this guitar can't afford it or are limited musically. This is a great guitar with a world of possibilities.
