@chuxanator Yes,u can use BootVis,BootLog Xp and WinBootInfo to check and log boot process.

I used different software that did almost the same thing, but this is definitely helpful for those with problems with bootup. Disabling lots of unnecessary programs and services cut my startup time with Vista to nearly ¼!
